What types of payment do you accept?
We take major credit cards. If you decide to pay annually, you have the option to receive an invoice (net 30) and pay by check.
How long will it take me to get started?
Workfuze may be enterprise software but don't expect enterprise delays. You can be up and running in 5 minutes after sign up. That said, we'd love to talk to you (it's free, we just like human contact) to advise you on what works best for your organization.
Can I upgrade or downgrade plan?
Yes. You can do it at any time from within Workfuze. The next invoice will reflect the prorated changes (and credits if applicable).
What kind of support will I have access to?
You get free email support. We generally return your email within an hour of receiving it. If you need phone support, please email us.
Can I get my data back?
Yes. We can provide you with a raw data dump upon a simple request or more conveniently CSV reports you can use to feed other systems.

Yes. Workfuze is available on any device. All information is instantly accessible anywhere. We don't recommend performing appraisals while driving.
